Where is my refund ?

Their stuff is ok for the price , is on the expensive side unless bought on sale.
My family really like this brand, so I buy from them from time to time.

My problem is with their refund . This was my first time returning an item.
I returned a pullover for an exchange , it was too small. Sent as received.
They received .( I checked on their site ) It has been close to two months .

No larger pullover , no money back yet .
I called them.

They blame Paypal, according to Ralph Lauren the refund was sent to Paypal.
Paypal says to call the company .
Was it sent to the wrong person ?

Ralph Lauren is my overall favorite clothing brand. I wear it, my husband, my kids, my dog need something.

Cannot fault the website in anyway, the packaging was amazing, however delivery slower than expected from such a brand

Straight Five-Pocket Corduroy

Bought a pair of these on-line. Received them quickly but they had a fault on the rear pocket. Sent them back but was refused a refund of postage costs (£10 by RL and £3.71 to return). The total cost, including shipping, was £89 and these were a sale item. Not worth £29, in my opinion. Customer service is very poor and I won't be shopping with them again.

beware, there are other similar website mentioning the same name and operated from china. stay away for that. Buy the authentic Rl goods, that ships from NC, USA.
