When the car was booked a free navigator was included. That was not mentioned on the voucher and the Europe car did not provide a car with navigator.
I always use Dollar for car rental in the USA. However the car I was given had a steering fault so I had to return it the next day wasting a day of my holiday. Unfortunately I left an item in the first rental car and had to contact Dollar Customer Service, who I initiially contacted by way of Roadside Assistance as no other number would answer. China answered, was very helpful & advised that someone would contact me about my lost item within 24 hours - they did not. I then tried to make contact again on 4 occasions - Customer Service spoke with me then failed to connect me & each time the line was cut off. I then obtained another number for Lost property (407 825 3955) this advised me that Norma could not come to the phone but if I left a message she would call back within 24 -36 hours of course she did not. I had by this time identified on Dollar Lost & Found that my item had been found but I was unable to find out where to pick it up (ITEM 000348743 Location A QTA) ???
By now my Rental was coming to an end & I was returning to the UK, so when I returned the car I asked where I should go, they tried to call Norma but a guy in the department advised "She never answers the phone" so I was directed to the main desk on airport. I stood in front of the desk where I was completely ignored for quite a length of time by 2 lady clerks who were deep in conversation, eventually they acknowledged my existance & despite my tellling them I was to fly to the UK in 2 hours advised me that I should come back on Wednesday, it was now Tuesday. I pointed out that this was not possible & that I would like my US friends to collect their garage door opener & left their details - I fear that they may never be reunited with this item!!

nunca habia encontrado un servicio tan rapido y eficiente. lo unico que no me gusto, como en la mayoria de empresas grandes como ustedes por ejemplo y los hoteles, es que es muy escasa la jente que te pueda ayudar con el lenguaje. lo demas un 10.
Fatta prenotazione x macchina di lusso intascano i soldi e poi scopro che ci vanno 2 carte di credito e non una. Richiamo e dicono che l unica cosa che possono fare è darmi una macchina di categoria normale tipo panda o scenic???? A neanche una settimana dal noleggio. Impostori promettono cose che non sono capaci a garantire per poter intascare i soldi. Ladri attenzione fortunatamente mi sono informato io prima altrimenti mi ritrovavo il giorno dell affitto con una panda al prezzo di una mercedes.
Direi che l'unica cosa negativa (fra virgolette) e che avendo preso da voi une franchise zero, Locauto mi propone ancora una franchise di 15€ al giorno? vorrei capire?
Excellent accueil reçu à l'aéroport de Genève, zone française, de la part de la société Enterprise, et excellentes prestations dans l'ensemble.
Mais il ne faut pas oublier de demander un plan pour la restitution du véhicule (ce qui n'a malheureusement pas été proposé par cette société), car à l'arrivée à l'aéroport, venant de Thonon, on a comme seules indications des pancartes "retour véhicule de location" qui mènent vers la zone suisse, laquelle ne correspond pas à la zone de location de départ. Nous avons heureusement eu affaire à une responsable d'une compagnie concurrente qui nous a aimablement indiqué le chemin, passablement compliqué, pour rejoindre la zone française de location.
I usually use Dollar, but as this was just a short trip I chose the cheapest who happened to be Alamo. Nice guy on the desk - didn't try and sell us any 'extras' - got the necessary paperwork done in a couple of minutes. Also - and the main point coming off a 9 hour flight - no queues!!!
Good choice of cars - only complaint (which I think applies to ALL car rental companies) the windows were filthy - inside especially!
keine schlechten Überraschungen. Allerdings ist der TGV-Bahnhof von Aix, zumindest von Nizza kommend, wie oft in Frankreich, schlecht resp. ungenügend beschildert. Ist man zu spät oder verheddert sich, landet man fast in der Bretagne. Was sind das für Technokraten? Au prison!

La prise du véhicule et le retour du véhicule à l'aéroport est très rapide ; le fait de rendre le véhicule sans le plein est confortable. Louer un véhicule pas trop rutilant au départ permet de ne pas stresser ; c'est la meilleure location que j'ai eue.

I would have given five stars except for the annoying fuel policy. I always feel I am being ripped off when it comes to fuel. Why not use a policy used in most other parts of the worked. Full tank on pick up full tank on drop off.
Other than that all went well, and more than happy to use and recommend the company.

My wife and me were visiting our son, daughter in law and two grand children in the Seattle area. I had reserved a compact car. Upon arrival to the counter I was offered to switch to a minivan for a modest price increase.
It was a very good decision. The minivan was in pristine condition with only 16,000 miles on it, and drove much better than a compact!
I was able to take all the family instead of using two cars for the family trips.
