What a huge choice !

Great service
There was accurate information on shoes re fitting etc., only a shop selling seconds could beat them on price and the shoes arrived the following day. I would definitely be happy to use them again.

these shoes were made for walking
first pair of shoes i have ever bought by looking on the internet....had to use the phone as we are newcomers to i/t.found the delivery prompt ,friendly staff,& quality goods @ a very affordable price. Have since shopped again.I really like the referal system if the items are not immediately available.

Blue Shoes!!
Nice blue mens Fitflop trainer style. Very comfortable but slightly narrower fit than previous models.

I bought a pair of fit flops on a Tuesday and they were with me on Thursday!!! No postage and the comfort of free returns i shall be using this company whenever i need new shoes!! Can't recommend them more.

I love your range of Fitflops only wish that you could ship here to Australia, my trusty friend in England takes delivery and I collect them from her when we meet up or someone is coming over.

Fab Service and Grat Value!
I have now ordered two pairs of shoes from shoetique and have been most impressed.
My first pair arrived the next day but had odd shoes in the box. After a quick call to customer services another pair was dispatched and arrived the next day. Returns process was very straight forward.
The email service to notify me when shoes were back in stock was again very useful and efficient.
Pricing is very competitive and I will definitely order again

Fit Flop not available to Australian shoppers!
Although I have previously purchased FitFlop shoes from Shoetique, which were then shipped to Australia, recently I selected a pair, the payment went through but a few days later I received an email saying FitFlop could no longer be shipped to Australia. I did receive a refund but my quests is: "Why not let customers know prior to wasting time trying to buy something which cannot be shipped?" I was logged in, so if the site was set up properly, I should have been notified immediately. Such a waste of time!!

Great styles and great service
I ordered a pair of Sketchers sandals, they were great so ordered another pair in a different colour. When the second pair arrived they had sent the wrong colour, I phone the customer service department and within a day I had received the correct shoes and had returned the wrong shoes FREE OF CHARGE!! What wonderful service will definitely use you again.

Got what I wanted!
Did a bit of research on the fit flop shoes, they are as good if not better than I hoped. So well pleased delivery was quick, would order off shoetique again excellent service.

Delivery was a big disappointment
Ordering the goods was easy and straightforward. Delivery as not.
Delivery was free and would take 2 working days. They use Royal Mail tracking service. On the morning of delivery, I received a text to say delivery will take place that day. Later in the afternoon, received another text to say delivery was successful. However no delivery took place. Two hours later, received another text to say delivery has been unsucessful and note pushed through door. No note had been posted. I ended up visiting the local depot with my tracking number and the parcel had been in the depot all day!

Best price - really quick, no bother delivery
I knew what shoes I wanted, (a type of FitFlop) and couldn't get them in my size from FitFlop. Shoetique sold the exact same pair, in the right size and for the same price. They came the next day. Nae bother!

Many thanks I ordered one day, delivered the next,'' Silly me ordered wrong size,'' Dropped them back to the Village shop for collection, delivered two days later, can't get better than that.Very SATISFIED.

Excellent service and price
The shoes were exactly as described on line. I'd previously seen then in a shop but these were considerably cheaper. Excellent quality product, well packaged, quick free delivery and no worries about returns as labels supplied - but i didn't need to use mine!
