Quick order process, attentive customer service. Lots of communication when required and when the order was to be delayed by a day, they went out of their way to ensure an early morning delivery.
I've dealt with a lot of companies for our printing requirements but this is the first time I used Solopress and it's the last time I'll use anybody else. From start to finsih Solopress provided an excellent service.

Solopress recently created a roller banner and flyers for our new business. They were extremely helpful, delivery was quick and prices were very competitive. Products were excellent and we will be using them again!
Still in the process of setting up my company here in Cambridge and there's probably a million things I need to, but having to deal with getting my business cards sorted out wasn't one of them. Solopress did a fantastic and fast job on the cards and I've been receiving compliments ever since.
Feedback from designers is very quick and they can make those last minute changes that always come up. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be using them again!
I recently used solopress to design and print some business cards, compliments slips and letterhead for my new business. I'm very happy with the compliments slips and business cards, they're good quality and arrived quickly.
I've had a problem with the letterhead, in that I've been advised that the letterhead that they designed for me is illegal as it does not contain my full company name. I contacted solopress to try and rectify this but they have denied liability as I signed off on the design. As I am a new business owner and not an authority on company letterhead (which I hoped that the designer at solopress would be) I had no idea that this would be a legal requirement and assumed that solopress were providing me with legally compliant letterhead.
I'm disappointed with the way solopress's customer service team have handled this as when you are buying design services from a company with their reputation, you would expect that their designer had got it right on something as commonplace as company letterhead.
The service was fast and followed up at every stage so I was impressed.
The finished product arrived when I was told it would but it has been a case of less speed and more care making the difference between an adequate job and what could have been an excellent one.
Poorly packed whilst not completely dry has damaged a few of the programmes and and no layering left them part curled whilst the folding was incorrect.
It was fast though!
Great service, good quality, keen price, delivery spot on, they gave me a time of 12.32 - 1.32 and delivered at 12.50 by "Alan" saved me half a day. The Pull-up banner needs a wee improvement but nothing you can't do yourself. I will be using them again, can't say more than that. Thanks
Business cards spot uv, choose Solopress. I used Solopress and for 1,000 it was value for money. When they sent the proof to me it wasn't right the first time but after corrections which only took within 30mins I approved the proof then business card printing started.
Solopress were helpful and communicative from my first enquiry to the finish product! They helped with any questions I had on the artwork and responded quickly to payment queries. I would recommend them to others definately. The end product is very good and a good price too!
I ordered 250 brochures one day, then got them the following working day. Now that is a quality service.
From start to finish I found the service very professional and efficient. Talking to someone on line at the very beginning was really useful and a great help. The turnaround time was unbelievably efficient and I had my item within days. Excellent company to deal with and I would recommend to anyone.

However you were let down by the delivery - After logging on and tracking the package and making sure someone was in to sign for it it failed to arrive at the date and time advised. It arrived the next day but meant I had to take more time off work and my plan for the distribution of the flyers had to be rearranged.

I was recommended Solopress by a friend and am so grateful! I placed by order for A6 flyers on a Friday and received them the following Tuesday. So brilliant, fast turnaround time and the flyers are excellent. Great quality card and the colours are spot on - being a photographer it's very important to me that the colours of my uploaded photos are properly reproduced and they were perfect. I can't fault the product or service at all.

I had a concern that I was charged a fee I wasn't warned about for a PDF proof, but customer services quickly actioned my complaint and turned it around completely - I couldn't ask for anything better, really! I had a very good experience with my order, the website is very user friendly as are the staff. The print quality is spot on! I do think however that orders to N.ireland can & should have the same next day delivery option, other companies manage this & I think you can as well with a little effort on behalf of your customer expansion.

I've used Solopress a few times and almost every delivery has gone like clockwork.
Last week we had a problem with a delivery. Nothing is perfect after all. It was an annoyance and I informed Solopress that this was the case.
Their response was immediate, professional and exactly what was called for.
I've used around 5 suppliers in the past and I understand that mistakes occur. What has made me end relationships with previous suppliers was their response when problems arose. Fudging, avoiding responsibility and when they finally respond and accept liability, a begrudging penny pinching that sours everything.
Solopress are a breath of fresh air. They understood immediately what had gone wrong, the impact it had and the correct response.
I have recommended Solopress many times in the past and will continue to do so.
