Excellent speedy and well informed delivery
Impressive handling of my order from start to finish. The order was delivered within 48 hours. Clearly a business that has an excellent understanding on the meaning of customer service.
Have had the table c.5 days and we all love it.
It took us more than the 2 hours stated to put it together, it was between 3 and 4 hours. Everything is well explained in the assembly directions.

The table arrived well ahead of the expected date.
The only negative that I could possibly find, was that despite being told, when I telephoned to discuss my purchase, that the delivery company would telephone to make an appointment, this did not happen. The lorry arrive, without warning, just ten minutes after I arrived home from shopping. As it happens there was therefore no real problem at all. However, what would have happened had I not been there I do not know, my story could have been completely different no doubt.
So, looking on the bright side, I have my table, all seems to be well, all parts are present and the building instructions are fairly clear to follow. (I would suggest that they need to show clearly how to get the break pedal the correct way around)
It is also worth noticing that you get a much better deal buying from the English company.
I am very pleased with my table-tennis table.

Brilliant service.
I ordered my table on the Internet. I also phoned to check delivery has I had been let down by another company.
The staff I spoke to were friendly and very helpful.
My table was delivered on time by two people
They were also very helpful.
We are now enjoying hours of table tenis.

Spending money has never been so pleasant.
I was very impressed with the advice I received which was helpful, balanced and impartial. I ended up spending slightly more than I'd intended but that was my choice, I wasn't forced into it. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

No problems - easy to assemble
Table tennis table very robust and good value for £269 considering that included delivery, 4 bats, 12 balls & a net. It will be used by young kids between 7-11 so needs to be robust and is ideal for indoors. I'm not particluarly practical when it comes to putting things together so just as well the instructions were straight forward to follow. Definately needs 2 people to assemble as instructions say - table sections very heavy.
I was notified early morning that delivery would be between 11am & 3pm which I did ascertain from the web site. At first driver seemed reluctant to contact me when he was nearer to delivery but when I said I was only 10 minutes away from the delivery address, he did agree to call nearer the time, and he did.

I wanted to know some details about the table tennis table cover I was interested in so I rang the company up. the person on the end of the phone went into the warehouse to make sure he had the correct info straight from the package. Item arrived next day as stated. I would be very happy to do business with this company in the future.

Excellent service - no buts
I received good advice re choosing which model to buy. (indoor/outdoor) I ordered it in a hurry. It came in time for my daughter's birthday 2 days later. The guys who assembled it - came when they said they would. There was a minor problem with a broken bat holder - a replacement came in the post 2 days later and I did not have to chase it. Excellent.

I have wanted to buy a table tennis table for some time, but with the huge range available and endless options online it became a rather daunting task. However, Table-Tennis-Tables.co.uk made choosing the right table for me a breeze! Their website is easy to use, but I still wanted to talk through my requirements and so I called them and got straight through to a very helpful member of staff who helped me make my mind up and who took the order there an then - this really was the best of both worlds! The table turned up as promised in perfect condition and was very easy to put together and for once all the parts were actually there unlike many other examples I can think of with pre-packs! So all in all a great customer experience and I would not hesitate at all in recommending this company.

Great choice of tables at good prices and excellent customer service
The website offers a good selection of table tennis tables with reviews of each allowing easy comparison (they also offer advice via telephone but because of the information available online I didn't need that).
The table was purchased easily enough after which the rest was smooth sailing (contacted by a very helpful customer service lady to arrange the delivery, which arrived when advised by two helpful guys - very useful when the table weighs so much!).

From the first phone call to find out which table tennis table to buy, up to the polite assistance on the phone helping me finish off the build of my table, I cannot fault ttt.co.uk in any way. Very helpful, quick service, quality products
I bought a replacement net and cover for our old (2000) TP Toys outdoor table tennis table, as TP Toys no longer make the table or supply spare parts. I called Table Tennis Tables for advice, as the net and fittings for our table were non-standard, and received helpful information. In the end I had to buy a net that was as near to the necessary size as possible, and modify it slightly to fit.
I also purchased on of TTT's own-brand covers, after discussing the necessary measurements at some length with them.
The ordered items arrived very quickly. The net was quickly adapted to fit, and the cover, which fits perfectly, is of very good quality for the price (around £17); certainly better than the original.
On the basis of this experience, I'm happy to recommend TTT.

Excellent Service from order to delivery!
Ordering the table was trouble free. The website easy to navigate and got contacted by phone to arra e delivery. The table turned up on time and everybody was happy!!! Assembly took a good 4-5 hours so if u value your time get the delivery team to build it for £49!

Replacement Table Tennis Net
Have fitted to table and it was a perfect fit, plastic tabs and metal pegs were included which was a bonus! Good value for money! Have not used as of today - 16.06.13 but seems of a good quality. We are using for indoors only!
I personally would prefer not to see the name Kettler printed across the top of the net!
Quick delivery, professional service, would definitely use again!

Brilliant services
Fantastic contact with regards to delivery. The product is great (Kettler Outdoor Table) although not the easiest to put together, impossible for a person by themselves (it does state this in inst.) and you need to follow the diagrams very carefully. However when assembled you can tell it is a sturdy, quality product - all I need now is a wind free sunny day - perhaps I need to move to California !

Excellent service, delivery within 2 days of placing order.
We ordered our table-tennis table on line on a Sunday afternoon, and within 15 minutes, we received a courtesy phone call from Table-Tennis-Tables.co.uk. Delivery then followed 2 days later. Self-assembly was fine, a screw-driver and two spanners was all that was required, plus a couple of spare hours.
We are delighted with the table - a Cornilleau 400M outdoor - and good quality bats and balls were included.
Our children haven't stopped playing since, and mum and dad are enjoying the table-tennis also!

Very quick service and excellent product
The site had a great selection of tables which allowed us to choose the one that best met our requirements. I ordered it on Saturday evening, got the confirmation phone call on the Sunday afternoon and the table was delivered as agreed on the Tuesday, with the guys putting it exactly where we wanted. The table is fantastic and the extras included meant we could get started straight away.

Excellent customer service from order to delivery.
Very informative website. Twenty minutes after ordering, I received a phone call to organize the delivery. The table was very carefully packaged. The instructions were easy to understand. It helped by the fact that this is our second Kettler table, we had the first one for 10 years. We put it together in 2 hours and played straight away! We are delighted with our purchase.

Excellent table
We received the table exactly as specified and on time. The order and tracking process was easy. The table itself was easy to build, mainly by 1 person, a second was needed for a few minutes. It is easy for my 9 year old to open and close it by himself.
It has been a hit so far with a group of 9 year olds and adults alike. I would definitely recommend.
