unsafe trains

there is syntetic moquette and synthetic cloth on the seats, and plastic. The air is conditioned in any weather conditions (and often too cool or too hot), but the worse is that windows are sealed up and air never changes except by the doors, when open in the stations AND persons move through and from (inner doors close sudden) them; AND Trenitalia do not clean enough, so that often the air is suffocating.
Last summer they managed to indicate only "eurostar" trains, forcing people to longer, more expensive, and (on the whole) slower travel, while other cheaper AND FASTER (on the whole) travel, starting afterwards and arriving before, were not mentioned.
If you buy a ticket from A to B and a ticket from B to C, you spend more than a ticket from A to C.
I have found luckly only one a pack of schedules that should be distributed in every coach, to allow passengers expressing themselves about satisfation. I wrote 3 of them (picked from that pack) and gave them after 3 trains to the officers -- following instructions --. They did not answer after monthes.
They shout with speakers to dim voices and mobile phones and then there is no control. When the train is late, the speakers do not inform that and how you can ask for refund. Information offices are chocked and close about 21h o'clock.
The years passed, and the speed are less, except for "AV" trains between big towns.

Quasi sempre bene
