Best prices in the market
I think we need lots of choice and best prices for the products we buy on line as we cannot view the product itself on line so consumers needs as much infomation on the products.

amazing customer service
We received amazing customer service from Trueshopping.
Unfortunately one of our en-suite units was damaged in transit, Trueshopping arranged for a replacement to be sent out the next day.
The items we received were excellent value for money and I will definately be using them again.

Exactly what i wanted
I have a small gardening business and the strimmer is exactly what was required delivery was quick and i built the item within minutes started on the second pull
other reviewers have also commented on how easy it is and yes really did start second time.
The strimmer started working that day the only complaint is the string supplied isnt very strong and auto feed not that good.
would use this company again for good quality equipment at reasonable prices.

excellent service and good product too.
Was a rushed decision to change our radiator from a conventional to a vertical in the kitchen and was pleased with the price of the one we picked from this company. Worried that it may look a bit bathroom, our concerns were settled upon delivery which was very swift and trouble free. Heating engineer had it fitted the next day without any problems. Its a little bit noisy to start as its filling but seems to kick out the heat . lets see what winter brings to see how it heats the room. My only reservation is that the pictures could have been a bit better on the website but apart from that, no issues. would definitely buy from them again.

Very disappointed
I have just bought a wooden garden bench with storage underneath. I am extremely disappointed with it. It does not look anything like the picture on-line. The stain it has been finished with is bright orange and the colour has come on off my clothes after sitting on it. The lid does not open because it is to tight in the gap. Finally the quality of the wood and the way it has been put together looks cheap and very bad quality. The price however that I paid for it was not cheap. I wish I had bought from a garden center where I could have looked at what I was buying first.

Instant and professional help
I recently purchased a 52cc strimmer/trimmjer. There was a fault on the recoil start mechanism. Just one phone call, and a new unit was sent by return. Excellent and friendly service

Disappointed
having recently started my own business and reading reviews I though to save money I would buy this multi-tool as opposed to individual items I have been used to using in the past. One of my first jobs I used this product which looked to have lost power, although the engine was fine. I tried the stimmer attachment, hedge trimmer and then the bushcutter all had the same problem, pretty much I lost a days work and ended up hiring individual units for the day which cost me more than the job.
When asking for a refund, at first Trueshopping advised I needed to pay for the item to be returned using a tracked service, obviously I was not happy and advised their product has ended up in me losing money. To be fair they then sent a currier the next day and after chasing they confirmed the product was faulty and refunded the money.

Had a problem but it was sorted with no hastle
I ordered a vanity unit and sink, but when I checked my e mail the next day I had ordered the wrong one. I called and informed the girl who answered my call of the error and she informed me that it had left the warehouse and told me to reject the delivery. I rejected the delivery and the monies were returned to my account, no hasstle and a great servive albeit I made a mistake.

good service
I bought a strimmer line for my petrol strummer. The original instructions were not really adequate. I had to phone for instructions to replace the strimmer line. I got good service, I was emailed a specific set of instructions for that task, and then managed it fine. But I wasted lots of time before I phoned, and I think the instructions coming with it should be much clearer and more detailed, including proper maintenance instructions.

quality not as expected disappointed with product but not service
I have used trueshopping several times and found the products to be reasonable value - the wall toilet frame however is NOT. I did not bother to test the function as the operating buttons were of such poor quality and appearance that they would have failed in comparison with a christmas cracker novelty. I only rated 3 stars because the service from trueshopping was not at fault product would have only got one

Perfect Customer Service with one to one backup support
My order was deliverd by courier the following day at no extra cost. A chain saw. Initially I had difficulties starting the machine - partly because all the 2 strokes I have are well bedded in and are first time starters. I threw my dummy out of my pram and demanded a recall and refund, With LOADS of customer support, plenty of technical tips, 2 attempts later I had a working machine. With a personal committment to provide assistance if I needed it in the future.
I work in a Government branch of the service industry where the customer journey is everything. Cannot find fault with these people.

excellent service delivery on time.
put together with my son quite easy to do and worked well on rough ground when tested. only one small fault the mixing bottle had a leak in it but a replacement was sent as soon as we reported it.

Really poor quality timber garden bench, but good customer service offered full refund.
I purchased a Sannox timber garden bench, seat cushion and weather cover. The bench arrived damaged and was made of very poor quality timber. The timber also had moldy spores on the main sections.
I emailed a letter and photos of the damages and condition, Trueshopping Customer Service acted promptly to give a full refund. They arranged a pick up of the cushion and cover, requesting that I dispose of the bench - it being only good for firewood.
Having been given a day by Tueshopping for the courier pick up, for which my wife stayed in all day, the courier arrived two days later. Not great.
Overall a poor shopping experience, save for the swift and sensible response from the Customer Service team. So well done and thank you to Enette Wraight and Clare Poole.
