Very nice people, some warehousing problems
This company was the cheapest for the parrot food I ordered. The website is very nicely set out and they are most courteous. Unfortunately I ordered from them when they were changing locations and my order was considerably delayed. This would not stop me from doing business with them again. Order now arrived, all fine.

Really pleased with the service and supplies!
Our Syrian hamster Snowball really loves the Boredom Breaker natural herb 'n' hide. It was good for her teeth and of course she loved crawling through just for the fun of it. I've ordered 2 more which should last her a couple of months. I also got a trixie deluxe suspension bridge. Snowball chewed through the rope in less than a day and really didn't see the point of it. She felt the same about the small wooden house I got. She chews it most of the time and pushes it around (she actuallly smashed the plastic bit of her hutch with it) but was never keen on sleeping in it. In my view, these items would be better for smaller, younger and calmer hamsters.

Always been happy with service

I ordered the Item on the 18th of February it wasn't dispatched until the 29th I got an e mail saying it had been sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post and it arrived by Courier

Just perfect.
My pet rabbit loves Natural Fenugreek Crunchies which I only seem to be able to get online. UK Pet Supplies were by far the cheapest I could see for my order of ten packets with very cheap delivery charges too.
They sent them very quick, kept me informed of my order and the packaging was great. I definitely recommend using UK Pet Supplies. Great business.

Great value peanuts and nyjer seed!
Shopped around to get best value on price and UK PetSupplies came up trumps. Feeding garden birds is getting so expensive but it's well worth it if you can find a good shopping deal. Well done UK Pet Supplies, keep up your competitive pricing!

First rate! - great products, fast service
I emailed late one night with a query about the 8" TX wheel - got an email reply within the first hour of the next working day. Got a similarly helpful response when I phoned to ask about colours available, and how to specify preferences when ordering. Placed my order. It was dispatched within hours. Really impressed and pleased with the service, will definitely be using UKPetSupplies again.

Brilliant service

Great Product. Simple fast transaction
My cat castle arrived within 2 days. Well packaged and simple to put together. My 9 month old cats loved it from the start.
6 weeks on and they're asleep in it now.

Quality products, means happy pets!
Charlie loves the treats and toys I bought him from UKPetsupplies. I would recommend them to anyone. Charlie especially loved his wicker ball filled with hay and flowers, he kept going back for more. I will definately be buying more.

Fantastic product and speedy service
I chose uk pet supplies as they had the exact product I was looking for at a far better overall price than some other websites. The product came so quick in the post it caught me off guard as it arrived within 3 days! I do like the way you can track your parcel too as it was handy to know it had been despatched from the main depot and was in transit. Only downside is that the packaging was a little worse for wear but it had been taped back together and nothing was damaged.

fantastic company to deal with
i have only had a chance to order from this company on two occasions at the moment but i would recommend them to anybody that has a pet who are in need of anything from food, to cages, to treats and toys. i will definately be using them as often as i can. Awesomeness!
Well, after trekking several times to my local pet store to get filter stuff for my fish and finding out they never had it in stock, I turned to the internet. The prices on UKPet Supplies were good, and the delivery was really fast. I will definitely use them again in the future, no complaints here at all!

Took my money at time of order, advised delay on availability until 1st week of Feb - it's now week 2 of Feb
You took my money quick enough and I wasn't too concerned about the delay of deliver. However the delay is longer than advised and I've not recieved an update. Begs the question - will I see my goods?
