You never know what you're going to pay!
I For my current order a price of £23.88 was agreed with free delivery Once I went to the payment site and enter all details the price has increased to £35.83 (delivery is indicated as free).
I tried placing the order 3 times with the same result.
I contacted customer care who did not respond to the points I raised just some general info. I went back to my account and the total was now £67. This is just 5 hours later.
I have kept the web downloads that prove what I am saying and will be happy to send them to someone in the company that does not ignore them like the customer care team appears to do (ORIGINAL RATING 2)

Ordered calender in December, not received still chasing a refund in April and getting fobbed off!
I would not recommend using this company to a friend. I ordered a calender in December which did not arrive. I rang visaprint to cancel this order as it was into february by this point, I was told I would receive a refund. I was then sent a form to fill out to process the refund? I don't know why this process is necessary?
Middle of April I have rang them several times and have been told several times someone will ring me back which they have failed to do.
At the time of writing this, 19th April, I am still awaiting a refund. Just to re-itterate I placed the order in December!

I need an answer please
I find when ordering something that is offered free a price seems to be added and I cannot understand why. I cannot get any answers either. I have stopped my last two orders because of this. I don't mind paying for postage.

A steep but exciting learning curve
Well they certainly tempt you in with all the free offers and encouragement.
my Calendar was a great success and my photobook. I had to do it at one time as I could not open any of the templates provided
However when I wanted to do Birthday cards I could not find the correct template. I tried folded invitations but some of my photos had bit cut off.
I would like to do christmas cards and a Calendar in December but do not know how long the stack of discount vouchers last or if I could use them on the Spanish website in order to minimise shipping costs.
Meanwhile I do not want to be bombarded with advertisements as I have done enough for the time being/

Free is always a majic word for me.
They have great products at really good prices and some times you can get all you want for free.

Premium products have premium quality, but oh dear, the business cards....
The quality of wall calendars from Vista print was so good that we used the company for photo books. The result, particularly of an almost 100 page book was absolutely tremendous, to the point that people have asked where we bought them.. However, the desk calendars were not such good quality and the business cards....so disappointing as before handing them out we have to check to see if they are squarely printed. Possibly half the box are cut incorrectly. But it seems we got what we paid for. The business cards were on a x% reduced offer, and we got about he same percent we could not use. The photo books were bought at full price and we got superb, top class quality.
One odd point, having downloaded the photo book software and created new books using the program, you discover the offers which are subsequently made via email are impossible to use when your now book is created. We paid full price, got top quality.
Scoring is therefore difficult, as results have been mixed, but based on the quality full price items, they're a good company.

Excellent service
I have just received my latest order which is very good and was very quick.

My experience was easy, easy, easy from start to finish.
I wanted a calendar and Christmas cards, I wanted to upload my own pictures for these projects. I have used other sites, but this was so easy, enough guidance to make it, quick and perfectly executed, I could review it before buying and see everything clearly, was as I wanted. The only thing I could not see was how good the quality was, that happened when I opened the parcel when it arrived at my home. I will cetainly be using Vistaprint again, might only be for calendars Christmas Cards, but I shall use them. I would certainly recommend to a friend.

Great quality and choice of products all well made.
I have enjoyed and so has my family the products that I bought through you.
The only concern I have is the delivery of items have sometimes been bought in a battered box but luckily the items enclosed was intact.

You point, you shoot, you Vistaprint - it's that simple.
These days, it seems that most of us like to point a camera lens at people, events or thing that interest or excite us,moments we want to remember. Vistaprint offers such a wide variety of ways in which we can share those moments and their website gives you a comprehensive and fairly understandable guide through those ways. When you can't quite get what you want, a phone call usually provides a solution. Delivery is always within the specified time chosen, everything is securely packaged and what arrives on your doorstep is top quality. And they're relatively cheap! I'd probably prefer NOT to get quite so many follow up emails after a purchase but, that aside, I'll certainly use them again

This company is brilliant , I can get almost everything I need from here at one easy go, fantastic prices and brilliant print quality. If i had to recommend a company for small business print products it would be Vistaprint. Quick delivery even on the standard tariff and good qua;ity what more could you want.

Easy , great value , idiot proof
Hi, usually they are perfect , this time disappointing . Print and cropping not to standard - white card visible , made invite less than the usual perfect product.

I always seem the be able to get my stationary right, however the signwritten pens are either perfect in metal but you cannot get ink refills for clients, or the plastic ones seem cheap and run out very quick.
All stamps and letter headings, business cards etc cannot be faulted, but the pens need reviewing, apart from that I am glad I choose Vistaprint for my personal stationary.

excellent quality, just makes me use them again and again
have nothing but praise on books received, have learned different layouts etc every time I use them. No problem (which have been my fault) have been a problem too solve, and customer relations is second to none. Will keep using as long as I take pictures, as I feel books are the way to go. Prices very reasonable.

Just Brilliant Value
Every product I have ordered has been of a high quality. Being able to upload your own designs and integrate them into Vistaprint's own products is great. The best thing is the speed of delivery every order has been delivered before the estimated date at the time of ordering. You just can't go wrong.

Vistaprint offer good value promotions but spoil the service by emailing EVERYday
The quality of the products I ordered gave good value for money, but emailing me everyday to get me to buy more is a real pain in the arse. How much promo material do they think a customer realistically can buy?

Good quality for money and fast delivery!
