worst company ever
this has to be one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with.received faulty pc returned immediately expecting a replacement.get a reply saying that the pc is fine and will be returned.get it back and yes you guessed it same problem.have not got anywhere with them since.have not tried to help but have just been confrontational.i urge everyone please stay away from these cowboys,just look at the amount of complaints this company has.how in god are these horrible people trading.stay well clear.

misleading product description
bought a heng long tiger 1 tank which i received this morning was well packaged.but the tank was not as described .the one advertised showed front silver metal wheels the one i received had grey plastic ones.i presumed i would be getting the same model that was advertised.not happy and very dissappointed.so if you order from thease people phone first to make sure you are getting the same product that you see on there site,that is if anybody answers. order number 400064547

RIP OFF MERCHANTS
bought a car from this lot just a few weeks ago, alternator failed,they refused to replace it. they could not care less,stay well clear of this lot.very dodgy company .update spent a small fortune repairing this car am now looking for help from a solicitor but i do not old out much hope.DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
