Rigtig god service

Jeg havde købt en ny mobiltelefon og smidt min kvittering væk allerede ugen efter. Så jeg skrev til Elgiganten.dk via. e-mail og forklaret dem sagen . Allerede dagen efter modtog jeg en e-mail fra dem med min kvittering som pdf fil. Det må man da kalde god service!

Dont buy from this company / Nicht von dieser Firma kaufen!.

Do not buy from this company!. Johannes Franck is swindler and a fraud!. He delivers products that don’t work and refusing to pay money back when one returns them.
I have been fighting him for over 6months now and I have pressed charges against him to the police for the second time.
Today I will contact a lawyer and begin a civil lawsuit against him and his company in order to get my money back (I know this process is expensive, but I really don’t care anymore, people like him must be bought down, and If anyone wish to join the fight, please feel free to contact me).

UPDATE 25-06-2012 : Johannes still haven’t paid the money even though he said he would. I spoke to the German police, and they have registered him/company on some sort of list (could not understand what exactly). I will write Caska today, asking them to stop selling products to Johannes/EDIQ, while our trail is ongoing. (That is the least they could do, when a person like him is such a swindler!).
Johannes has no ethics, and no matter what, you should not buy from him. I will also write his other EDIQ suppliers on his bad business conduct; they should know what kind of a person they are selling products to.

UPDATE: 26-06-2012, today they finally paid the amount they owed me, and that was finally good to see something positive in this case, but i spend also over 40euro in sending the crab back and that they did not paid that back. so i all, lost a little over 62euro at Caska, over 400 euro in mazda bills due to Johannes bad advice and wrong cables plus a hell of lot of my free time... dismantled the car 4 times, and as a surprise, got a scratz in it :-( (one year old car). So what they state as "high end equipment", think again!. Dont let their smart webpage, information fool you also dont belive the Caska people when they say it fits to a Mazda 6 year 2011 / sure it can go in the dobbeldin slot, and sure you can get some sound, but the fit is only 95% and not all buttons works. so I say again, NOT highend / quality equipment!

Nicht von dieser Firma kaufen!. Johannes Franck ist ein Betrug und Betrüger!. Er liefert Produkte, die nicht funktionieren und sich weigern, Geld zurück zu zahlen, wenn man sie zurückgibt. Ich habe gekämpft, ihn für mehr als 6 Monate und ich habe jetzt Anklage gegen ihn gedrückt, um die Polizei. Heute werde ich Kontakt zu einem Anwalt und beginnen eine Zivilklage gegen ihn und seine Firma, um mein Geld zurück bekommen (ich weiß, dieser Prozess ist teuer, aber ich weiß wirklich nicht mehr wichtig ist, Leute wie er müssen nach unten gekauft werden, und wenn jemanden wünschen sich dem Kampf anzuschließen, zögern Sie nicht mich zu kontaktieren).

Jeg har købt flere forskellige vare hos Thansen og jeg har altid fået en ok service. Dog er det tit jeg har fået vare som har været pakket op før og man kan se de er små-ridset mm. Flere gange har jeg bedt dem om at bestille en ny vare hjem, før jeg fik en der var "ca ok". Hver gang jeg så spørg, hvorfor de er åbne osv, får jeg det samme svar "varen er udgået og de er de sidste vi har på lager".
