mostly good but sometimes less so
considering their charges, customer service is a long, drawn out process, with some nonsensical rules - like witholding details from you of people who have defrauded you in order to "protect" identities (yes, the identities of thieves). Overall, though, you can't be without this exceptionally useful service.
