Having bough a key from them for an MMO, the key that they provided turned out to be invalid. I have logged a support ticket and have received no feedback in over 48 hours except for a request to upload a screenshot, which I did. Attempts to contact them on their facebook page to request feedback resulted in my post being deleted (as well as several other people complaining of similar problems and lack of support) and they issued a blanket notice stating anyone asking for support would be banned from their facebook page.

Still no response as of yet. I am no longer interested in trying to resolve the issue and have asked for a refund.

Having requested a refund. 3 days later I still have no feedback whatsoever.

The response time has been no where near 24 hours. As it is now the 26th Jan, more than 9 days since my last response, with no resolution in sight, simply vague promises of a refund which seem to be empty.
Also, I find it ludicrous and incredibly insulting that you characterise unhappy clients as spammers when they're not receiving the product they paid for and have had no responses in contacting you through your customer support, and naturally try to find other means of contacting you. Perhaps if you actually provided proper support, you wouldn't have people trying to contact you via facebook and your forums. Your attitude towards unhappy clients who do not get the product they paid for is deplorable.
I pre-ordered a SW:TOR key from them and received the key on launch day. Prices were reasonable and I have recommended them to several friends who have had similar positive experiences.
