I searched the web for a tc helicon guitar controller, GAK was by far the best price, AND! it was in stock!, they beat all the usual guys i use for my music gear, i ordered it over the easter holliday period so i would have understood if it was a day or so late, but no, my purchase arrived bang on the day i requested and in the time slot!

I ordered an item from affordable supplements, it was " in stock " when i ordered it, paid for it, and waited for its arrival, then on the last day i get a phone message saying its out of stock! and should be in next week and we will send it soon as,,,,,(according to the web site it was in stock when i ordered it! ),,,,i am about as easy going as it gets, but this really does piss me off!....and its not just me!.....web sites need to learn, if you want long term custom, don't do this!.....if its not in stock...say so!....ok the chances are people will go else where,for this one item, but if you are a good site,( and i believe A F are ) they will return and continue to buy from you, if they don't trust you they wont,
