Poor

I just order a bag from this site and to tell you I was really diappointed. I chose the express shipping, it says there, usually ships from 1-2 days, I got my parcel a little delayed, it was ok because they will order the product from a certain supplier from China or Hongkong.

When my order arrived, I was expecting that tha bag which I ordered should be placed in a box with some newspapers or anything that the bag looks like exactly in the photo! To my surprised, it was just folded in a courier plastic envelope, when I opened it, the bag was totally deformed, and the worst part of it, the bag has a permanent line due to the folded that they did! (They folded the bag just to fit in a courier plastic envelope! Really disgusting, that's it, will never order from yesstyle again, will tell my colleagues that never try to order anything from this site. I guess the bag that I ordered will be just sitting here in my wardrobe as a souvenir from a crap shop like yesstyle!
