absolute rubbish

i ordered a memory stick 3 weeks ago , money taken but no sign of the parcel i have sent emails, telephoned and still nothing dont trust this company go elsewhere !!

delivery good

delivery is quick and the staff are helpful on the telephone for orders or enquiries. the only slight problem i have is that a lot of clothing items are not of as good quality as they look in the catalogue and the sizing is a bit misleading. i had some large items delivered and the delivery men had no idea how to get them into the house and i had to call my husband from work to help them
