LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE-trying to CANCEL MY ORDER

THIS COMPANY IS LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'VE CALLED AND EMAIL NUMEROUS TIMES THIS MORNING IN THE PAST 3 HOURS, NON STOP. I HOPE THIS WEBSITE CLAIMS TO BE WHAT THEY ARE AND ARE A LEGIT ONLINE COMPANY.
I BOUGHT A PAIR OF RAYBANS AND REALIZE THAT THEY WERE NOT THE RIGHT MAKE, SO, AFTER REALIZING THE MISTAKE , I QUICKLY EMAILED AND PHONED AS TO CANCEL THIS ORDER, SO IT WON'T GET SHIPPED TO ME AS YET BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF HAVING TO RETURN AND THEN WAIT FOR A REFUND!

NO ONE HAS RESPONDED WITHIN THE BUSINESS HOURS, I FIND IT RIDICULOUS AND VERY SHADY! I AM A VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW AND I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION IF NEED BE!

We have been in business since 2006 and since then have serviced over 100 countries with one of the largest ranges of designer eyewear in the world.
Even if the line is busy due to the recent and large increase in customer inquiries; you could also have requested to call you back via email, providing your phone number and preferred hours to be called.
Furthermore, we do strive to reply to all emails within 24 hours and we did reply to you within 4 hours and cancelled your order. However if you did not received an email there may be a possibility our response went to your spam folder (which happens from time to time).
