I bought a voucher from Groupon which I redeemed with Nellypot on 17th December. I contacted Nellypot as my bag hadn't arrived and was told on 12th January that it was due to be dispatched early the following week - still nothing.
They have ignored my email I sent a week ago, and I have no confidence that I will get my order at all.
I complained to Groupon last week, who said they'd pass my complaint on. I have now asked Groupon for a refund on my voucher, I don't know where I'll stand with getting the money I paid on top of the voucher back from Nellypot though.
