I,ve never been driven to write a review before, but this company is so appallingly bad that it is hard to believe. Have been trying to return faulty goods, and 27 emails and 4 phone calls later, it has still not been possible to return it. Avoid, stick to Amazon who know what they're doing.

I am sorry that you are having problems returning your faulty product.
If you have received a faulty product you will normally have 15 days to return it for a refund or exchange, and then after this timeframe, we will try to repair it. If you are having problems with the returns vouchers in your pix and I account, we will be able to organise the returns coupons and the pickup for you.
