Excellent staff, flights and prices however some of their policies can be improved! I had to pay £240 to change flights once!

Waitrose

Expensive but exclusive

Their prices are sometimes expensive but they do stock lines which you cant get at the likes of Asda or Tesco. Their central london store is always packed and messy, I suggest if you do try them go to a quieter store out of the city.

Vodafone

Excellent

Me and my husband use them on a shared plan basis and their service is superb. Everyone should be on Vodafone!
