Just Eat
Brilliant idea
Really easy way to order takeaway food as calling up is often a hassle with accent confusion/ forgetting something or not knowing the menu. However their is a slight postcode problem with some takeaway shops not delivering to the whole area within the first part of your postcode and you don't find this out until you try to place your order.

Cheap but annoying
The prices are sometimes cheaper than elsewhere but can cause hassle, shipping times can be good or very poor. I found that i couldn't save items to my basket which was so annoying when i wanted to order something later, also i believe they don't have a Paypal option which causes hassle and made me feel unsafe.
OK site
The site itself is a good idea and reasonably easy to navigate after a while however the constant changes with lack of respect for what the users want is disgraceful. Especially with the new 'timeline' major changes that affect the users are forced upon them and make the site confusing and annoying however it is still a good place to connect to friends you can't see in person a lot.

Excellent service and quality
Recently placed my first order from here and it arrived promptly despite being an overseas shipping. The order was packaged beautifully (and was delightfully cheap.) The quality of the items was superb and customer service (had a little problem with one item) was amazing, i was told to discard the faulty item and a new one was sent as soon as possible, no questions asked.

Although the website is a little hard to navigate and the pictures are not the best quality the clothing and items are very nice when received. My order was a little delayed however nothing major.
Some of the sizing can come up a little weird (ever when measured by their size guide) however the quality is good.

Excellent quality
This is a very good store, although i believe it has gone downhill somewhat, the range of appealing items is lacking from what it used to be , the clothes are still excellent quality but can sometimes be found cheaper elsewhere.
Shipping however is handled quickly and items arrive in expected time.
Attitude
Good store
Personally my experience with attitude has been generally very good, with items arriving quickly although I had an occasional 'item out of stock' after purchase, this was quickly refunded and apologised for (no big deal.)
The clothing is usually high quality and I like it. A couple of times my order was shipped wrong - i got the wrong type of eye-liner once, and a snood instead of a bleach kit, but mistakes happen and the customer service is excellent, they shipped my intended product promptly with apologies and didn't request I send the wrong item back either.

Ordering from this site is a pleasure, everything is clear, precise, organised (and pretty!) Items are dispatched very quickly and arrive swiftly. Never had any trouble with my orders and enquiries are replied to promptly. Always found this site to be the cheapest when comparing something I want to purchase and they are packaged perfectly. I fully recommend them to anyone (in fact I have.)
