Message from recipient that the flowers were lovely and delivered on time. As a new customer I was sent a 'welcome' message with a 10% discount for another purchase. Very happy with that I decided to send some more flowers to a sick relative only to find the code number for the discount was repeatedly rejected. I sent an email explaining the situation but never heard back. So the main experience was excellent but the follow up was disappointing.
