Last year we ordered a cooker from appliances online and was delivered with no problems. Recently we have had to replace our washing machine and decided to try the same company again. However, trying to book online we found that they could not deliver to our area. This is because we live in The Scottish Highlands, part of the UK mainland. Apparently, after speaking to one of their customer service advisors it was a recent policy change due to high delivery costs. Strange really as the Royal Mail manage, Amazon manage and so does most other companies. Very unfair on ourselves and a lot of other people in Scotland.

I am really sorry to hear you have had difficulties in placing your order with us.
I am sorry to say that we no longer deliver to a very small amount of UK postcodes. The reasons behind this decision was based on a number of factors. I do appreciate having ordered from us before that this situation must have been frustrating and a disappointment to you. We can deliver to a shipping company of your choice as an alternative to direct shipping, the shipping cost from the selected company to your address would be of cost to yourself though.
