Hi, thanks for the positive review although I'm sorry that you're not 100% satisfied. I can understand it (although I think we *just* made the promised shipping time?) The products you ordered were a bit more complex to deal with than normal items. We have addressed the issue and the same products will now be dispatched as quickly as any other item; normally quicker than promised.
