Security over customer need

Only allowing one instant code per purchase and only one purchase per 72 hours meant it would have taken me 2 weeks to buy everything I was after.
When raised with supervisor, they neglected to call me back and passed off an address to write to via an agent emailing me, not even having courtesy to do themselves.
Will never use again

due to the high amounts of fraud we have strict rules in place that are clearly stated on the site for customers to read before purchase these rules are there to protect customers from having their bank accounts emptied as regardless of how many transactions a customer makes we are covered.

so to say we put security over customer need is not factual as we put our customers security over profit
