Too memory hungry under windows and the interface is just too complicated. won't do what you want it to do. just does what apple want it to do. It's My IPhone, I paid for it and I should be able to decide what I want on it!
I find it's difficult to navigate the iphone app, just wish it had the same functionality as the website.
The range of items in stock seems to have diminished recently, however what they do have in stock is really good quality at amazing prices. My issue with 3000rpm is their customer service. Everything has to be done on a ticket service and it's just TOO SLOW! they claim to answer the tickets in 24 hours but it seems to be closer to 72 hours. I had ordered inks, they sent me the wrong colours, 3000rpm apologised and said they would send out the correct ones free of charge. They kept their word but this time sent out the right colours but the wrong size! 150% smaller! After waiting another 48 hours, I called them to explain the problem. Once again, very apologetic and promised that the problem would be rectified so here we go, fingers crossed for third time lucky! Mind you, I have to admit, I'm currently on their website filling out another order form, so even though this time has not been an amazing experience, I am and always will be a loyal customer!
