Terrible

Ordered three items. package arrived with one item missing and one faulty.

phoned helpline within times displayed on website only to receive a message saying there was no one available to take my call.

tried to message them via email service on their site and the site went down and wouldn't allow me to send my message.

tried following day, sent message explaining all the above. still no reply after 5 days.

in the mean time I was sent an email asking me to post a review on this site. funnily enough i'm not offering a five star review. dreadful service. bitterly disappointed as it would have been nice to support a homegrown company rather than DrJays or Karmaloop. unfortunately, it looks like the yanks are getting my money next time.
