Avoid these people, truly bad bad bad

After reading the reviews here its so easy to tell the genuine ones lol. This is my experience with AO
wendesday 7th March i order a washing machine from them to be delivered on the 12th, I of course arrange to be in all day. i then got a phone message, confirming the order, good i thought !, then 4 emails and yet the same phone message again. then i get a phone call, offering me insurance, it sounded too good to be true and they wanted my account details before I had even agreed, so I ask to see the paperwork, they said they would email it, they didnt of course, no one in their right mind would sign up for it otherwise.
Late last night I get another phone message, telling me its now arriving tommorrow the 9th of March.so obviously i have to cancel my plans my work, everything. I have sat here all day waiting and yes you guessed it, no washing machine has arrived, so i phone them, what an experience that was, they talk about everything except your problem, they drag out the minutes every way which way they can on their premium rate number.
Anyway the reason it hasnt arrived apparently is because the driver couldnt find my house, no one else has ever had a problem. I was told he had all the navigational aids possible. I live in a very small village only 50 houses, most people would ask someone wouldnt they,especially if they had driven all this way, prat nav says "NO" ! SO I GO HOME NOW. DERRRRR
From now on, I buy from sites with stores, at least they still remember we are human, it only costs an extra £10, its got to be worth it. The lesson is. stay away from cheaper businesses that rank top on google. They are good at SEO (search engine optimisation) , but crap at everything else. These guys obviously care nothing about repeat business. it sounds like they are employing pikies for drivers.
