Delivery was excellent able to track it on the internet and packaging ok.

Bought the backfriend as I found sitting on our new sofa caused my back condition to worsen, the seat helps to overcome that problem the only draw back is that I find it uncomfortable if I sit on it for to long, so have to get up after a while but a good product worth having.
