I am not great at using the web but manage most bookings and purchases with no problem. However have booked a trip through a travel agent using an Easyjet flight and later decided to add a piece of hold luggage. Where on their site do you do this? You can find out about weight limits and and that it costs extra to do it on day of travel than to do it on line but there are no links. Just another money making con to make you pay on the day.
Can not fault them, Items purchased are of good quality and price and are delivered when promised. Returns and refunds are also easy and prompt
Have used company the number of times and orders have always been complete and delivered on time. If there was a problem such as items out of stock I was telephoned told of the problem and a solution found between myself and their staff.
Also I have made suggestions about stocking items such as lifting blocks and they have been taken up.
Staff on telephone are always helpful and friendly and I have never found reason to find fault.
