send very quick but dont helps my tv

hello,
thanks for asking, but my tv dont works.
My TV makes sound but no picture ( only a little light ) iT looks that it has problems with starting. so i brought the tv to a technician. he said the inverter is broken, but for this 3 year old thosiba are no parts available. so i looked in the internet and found the inverter at flattvparts. I changed the inverter, but the problem didnt changed . i think the inverter was tested before you send it.
