rip off!

i ordered a washing machine on this site...i opted to have it installed as well for 20 quid...when they delivered it, the delivery men asses first if he could fit it, unfortunately there's a part missing so he cannot install it ...i called the company if i could have a refund and to my suprised the person who i talked to was like saying "its on the small print mate that's your fault you missed a part that's why we could not install it."..small print? what a big time alibi is that....all i was asking is to have a bloody refund...what a dreadful company...shame on you...btw im not suprised if there's another victim similar to my case....
