We purchased a Magimix Food Processor and Mash Kit. Very easy to place order and delivered within two days.
Processor worked fine, but Mash Kit did not. Could not contact Magimix direct, except through 0845 No (they say they don't have a geographical No?) not acceptable as I get 01/02 calls at no extra cost.
Go-Electrical undertook to liase with Magimix and ourselves to sort out the problem. To cut a long story short, the Mash Kit was exchanged, the Processor was exchanged, the Bowls and Lid were exchanged and still the Mash Kit did not work. Finally a refund was arranged for the Mash Kit.
During all this time Go-Electrical arranged all the dispatches and returns, through their couriers DPD (who were also very good) with both parties keping us fully informed of what was going on.
In summary therefore, if you are going to have a bit of a problem with something that you have purchased, Go-Electrical is the company to do it with.
