Excellent after-sales service

A top brand product failed, 7 months into a 12 months guarantee. The product was returned and then exchanged without any delay whatsoever. I think that the return postage should also have been refunded but that has not happened, although this maybe down to the manufacturer (Dualit), hence the five stars.
