shame gone bust only ever have positive things to say game staff were well trained were up to date with new releases and were extremely helpful polite and welcoming .....................
O2 the service thus far has been good i wouldn't go as far as saying excellent as a lot needs to be done with mobile providers to stop them blaming the manufacturer when they sell the contracts !!
O2 rewards excellent idea and the customer service staff yippppeee are not scripted they have autonomy and resolve queries efficiently and they negotiate ..................
having been a customer with sky for some 20yrs + I do believe sky work hard on behalf of new customers but what about existing customers whom have been your bread and butter for years, i guess the forum is adding to the " listening to customers perspective " is now changing ... Come on sky you can be a lot more innovative with long term loyalty everyone else does it so start giving us some rewards !!!! not just lip service ..........
I have utilized ebay now for some years to be fair excellent service from a buyers point of view i just wish you would make the dispute process more streamlined as to be fair i have been bitten twice and once it was so complex i didn't bother pursuing !! yet to be reviewed from a sellers perspective but good all round service ...
after dealing with a rogue trader paypal was to the rescue !! the comms were excellent and the timescales were amazing i would highly reccommend paypal to anyone !! especially when trusting some naughty sellers out there thankfully they are few and far between ....
upon ordering the communication i have found has been poor i have a pet whom has ibs and only half of his food was dispatched without notifying me where the rest of the order was which i found was strange ?? only upon querying the contents was i told the item was out of stock i don't have the good fortune that i can feed my pets anything therefore i was disappointed as half of his food wasn't in stock im now left with 22 tins of food he cannot eat as we had to change his food yet again !!!
