The nutrisport 90+ 2.5kg raspberry suits my taste buds down to the ground,the chocolate one is a little chalky but I did get used to it after a few days, I recommend nutrisport over brands like maxi muscle as for what you are getting, cheap protein quality product- 2scoops before bed and 2scoops for breakfast really helped my muscle sorness and recovery on my rest days.
