Nice program, widgets flakey

I paid for the program to remove the ads; also encouraged by the availability of the widgets to show info on the album. They work on one of my websites and not on the other. I see from the blogs that this part of the program is unreliable, as has proved to be the case for me. I have had email support but to date the problem is unresolved.
