Ok service, product disappointing

The service was efficient although I was not told when the product would arrive so true delivery man turned up with none being in.

The biggest issue was the product which is fine except the wheels which are very cheap and have just damaged my floor.

Hi, the chairs comes with a choice of 3 types of feet. A standard plastic castor(carpet or concrete), neoprene (for hardwood floors) and gliders.
