I have used the website three times; in all cases the goods were not in the store when I got there and despite having a dated printout in my had - the aylesbury manager insisted they had no record of the order.
Fed-up with being be-littled in the store I now only visit and buy direct at the store.
Products are good and at good prices, but the website orders are atrocious, the last one I phoned and spoke, promises were not matched by performance. No explanation from complaint came forthwith, nothing! Nowt. Just like their in-store delivery.
Avoid poor website.

This is just downright dishonest - despite all the Irish Blarney; I'll go elsewhere thanks.
I am horrified by the prices and the staff are so lacking in knowledge I had to explain the technology to them first.
I bought on e-buyer for a fraction of the cost.
Checked other items - basically all peripheral items are about double the cost of EVERYWHERE else. AVOID
Simple efficient and pretty fast. The glasses had to be returned to the lab (failed internal QC) - at that point the status communication ceased; when I enquired a week later, they were posted almost immediately, ie took another 48 hours - despite "next day postage!"
But that's the Royal Mail for you.
Quality of glasses was good, optically clear and nearly a perfect fit on delivery.
Cases a bit cheap, but they all are, well not Boots; but these specs cost a fraction of my Boots previous pair.
