Having bought the underlay on a Monday evening, I promptly received an email on the Tuesday morning to say it had been dispatched. The dispatch message did state that it was expected to arrive the next working day, although it is possible that it may not arrive until two working days - for a working person this could cause much inconvenience and I felt that a more precise delivery slot could have been offered.
Come 4 pm the following day the delivery had still not arrived and, as I only had that day off to receive the order I was concerned that it may not be arriving. I called the customer service number to ask that they confirm my underlay was definitely going to be arriving that day, or if it was going to be delayed until the next working day. The lady advised me that they were very busy and therefore may not be able to find this out and get back to me, but they would try if they could. They never did.
Thankfully, my order did arrive an hour later. However, to tell your customer's (who pay your wages) that you are too busy to help them simply isn't good enough. This, combined with vague / uncertain delivery times was a dampener on what was otherwise a good service - a good, easy to use website, good quality underlay and a good price
