Amazon is slipping.
Amazon misled me with an inaccurate photograph of a German made screw driver set that most people including me would have absolutely no use for. When I discovered the mistake, I contacted them and a customer service representative told me to "refuse the package" which contained another tool that I needed. They also said I could use the return process, but only the same replacement item can be exchanged. So I didn't get what I needed, plus I'm stuck with something I will never use. There was a time Amazon provided excellent customer service, but apparently those days are past.

I found that Coffee Hots sells the new Dyson DC 24 for the same price as other sellers offer refurbished units. Plus they provided free shipping and a prompt delivery. I can recommend Coffee Hots as selling at wholesale prices with unmatched service. I never had purchased from them before, but I would definitely buy from them again.
