still waiting for my order
the people were nice when I called, but not very helpful about tracking the product. It would be nice to receive an email when items have shipped and their tracking number in order to know where the product is.

Thank you for your comment. All customers receive an e-mail with tracking information when shipped. We were not aware Dr. Oz would be speaking about Green Coffee Bean last week and have seen an increase in business of over 5000% since the episode. Please be assured we are doing everything humanly possible to get all orders out in the order they were received and anticipate being back on our regular schedule of shipping all orders out within 24 hours of receipt by the end of this week.
