Very poor customer service....
I received the initial "Thank you for your order" email like many others have stated in their review. Also, 1 wk later, I received the generic/multi-purpose email about how they were overwhelmed w/ orders and trying to get everyone their order. Still, no order info, so I can't track it. 9 days later still no product. I've sent them an email asking to cancel my order and to refund my money... Let's see how well THAT goes. BUT, GOOD NEWS FOR ANY OF YOU WHO LIVE IN AUSTIN, TX.... I FOUND THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT AT WALMART @ 620/183. $9.99 for 30 capsules (so only a 2 wk supply), but it is the EXACT same thing! All pure!

You are correct! Walmart has chosen Pure Health's 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean to feature in their stores pharmacy sections! We are very proud of this and I am happy you found it there! We are processing all requests for refunds as quickly as possible, and I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. We have also been monitoring other companies that offer 100% pure green coffee bean and have found only one other company (Genesis Today), but even the companies that offer green coffee bean with additives, fillers and preservatives are experiencing delays in shipments or even supply! We DO have plent of supply, and our delays are simply due to us needing to increase our workforce by over 400% in the last week alone in order to accommodate this huge increase in interest. I hope this will alleviate some your concerns and encourage you to only purchase a 100% pure product, no matter what brand you choose.
