Need to up their game.
I've been trying to spend a gift card for £100, BUT-
The odd items I might have bought were all out of stock
I can only use the gift card in the store, which further limits the choice I have.
The catalogue contains far too many items that most people would just pick up from Asda or Tesco. They need to distinguish themselves from this competition surely
I don't know who makes the merchandising decisions, but far too many of the items stocked in store are at the cheaper end of the market
when sometimes (often!) you want something a bit better.

It's hard to see how Mazuma could make things any clearer or how they could deal with the transaction any more reliably or efficiently.
(Although my post office disagreed with their postal guidance!)
