This is a quick follow up as promised. Started a dispute on PayPal Wednesday evening. Sent all documented emails and demanded a refund. Received and Email this morning from PayPal informing me that my money has been returned by them. One note of advise, If they cannot fulfil your order and you get the same email, write back to them but do not cancel your order. Get in touch with PayPal and request a refund.
After I did this and wrote a scathing reply to SE, my order status changed to refund in progress. Which means ´they` have cancelled your order not you. Make sure you start a dispute with paypal, and make sure you escalate it to a claim.
It has been a stressful 14 days but with the help of others I got a quick result. Good Luck.
I ordered a Galaxy nexus from these crooks a couple of weeks back, reassured by the reviews on their site and the fact that there was a paypal option.
After ordering and no word for a week, I emailed. Receiving the usual automated email replies. Getting twitchy and a quick search on google, I thought, right there is a lot of bad press and some good. The main bad press centred around refunds. After researching I found that the items are sourced and shipped from Hong Kong, via the channel islands avoiding import. Again resigned to the fact that it may take a while and the fact it was far cheaper than any other site, I relaxed.
A few days ago, I phoned their customer service line, I was told there was a 40 minute wait, but I could hand up and my place would be retained if I rang back. Sure enough the system worked, second call 5 minutes. I spoke to a woman who told me the phone was in stock and would ship after the bank holiday. Also if my status had not changed to ring back on Wednesday.
Out of curiosity I checked the site again for my phone, Galaxy nexus white, in stock, not only that, it was 30€ cheaper than I paid.
Wednesday came, order status NEW on my account page.
So as requested I phone again, a very pleasant guy tells me that he will email within 2 hours, but there is something in his voice that sounds negative.
At the 2 hour mark, I actually receive an email, which I will paste below.
I had read in many reviews of the "sorry your item was received damaged and we don´t know when we will have it, so please choose something else" reviews, and cringed, many of these led to the negative reviews and up to 3 months for refunds.
I responded to the email, referring to the stock and reduced price and also I started a paypal dispute.
The ironic thing is that ebay.es now have the phone in stock on a 2 day delivery at a cheaper price than I paid.
All in all, everything I read came true.
I will update this review when I receive a refund via paypal, which I am hoping is cut and dried as I will not receive what I paid for.

Dear Paul,
Thank you for being patient earlier, Mr.xxxxxxxxx
Unfortunately, having double checked the dispatch status of your order, we had discovered upon packing that our shipment of Samsung Galaxy Nexus i9250 (White) 16GB Android 4.0 Sim Free / Unlocked was damaged, and therefore had to be returned.
Unfortunately, the replacements are not expected to arrive within any short period of time.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused, however in this unfortunate event, we would like to ask if there are any other similarly priced products listed on our site that may be suitable as a replacement? Should the price be slightly higher, we can perhaps waive this as a gesture of goodwill (please note we can only do this usually for minor differences).
Likewise, if the price is lower, we can have this reimbursed to your account.
Kindly let us know by reply and we will do our best to expedite this for you. Otherwise, kindly advise on how we should proceed.
Looking forward to your response, thank you.
Best Regards,
Samuel
