A pleaseure to purchase from.
After a really bad experience with a similar internet based company I decided to order from this company, the delivery was very quick, the prices were really cheap and the customer service was excellent, thank you so much!

Worst company I have ever experienced
I do not normally write reviews but felt that this had to be an exception, I first placed my order with them on 30th April for two reasons, the first was that they seemed like one of the cheapest on the internet and the second was that I needed the products in a hurry as my kitchen was being fitted that week and after entering my postcode on the product pages on the Monday I was under the impression that the items would be delivered by either Thursday or Saturday of the same week, but after telephoning them after a few days they informed me that the delivery would not be until the following Thursday so I decided to cancel the order which they agreed.
It is now 2nd July and after numerous telephone calls and emails i still have not received my refund which is over £500. They keep promising to ring back, keep making excuses to why the refund has not been processed. I have telephoned them again today and they said "sorry the refund was not processed by the person that should have processed it and it would be done later this week", not good enough in my book. I am absolutely disgusted with this company so I have telephoned the citizens advice helpline today and they have reported this to trading standards, they told me that companies have a maximum of 30 days to refund, it has now been 59 days and I am having to apply for a chargeback from my credit card company so that I can get my money back.
I do not think that this is an isolated case because I have read a few very similar reveiws on this website. I am sure that a lot of customers order there goods from this company and have them delivered with no problem, but believe me, if you have any sort of problem with the order or need to cancel or get a refund for something then all I can say is good luck!

Fantastic service, high quality worktops.
When I first saw this website the prices were one of the cheapest that I could find on the internet, so to receive the service that they gave was exceptional. I could not recommend this company enough, our kitchen fitter commented on the good quality of the oak worktops that we purchased and the delivery drivers were very helpful, we are very pleased!
