I placed an order on 17/4/2012 for Rocket Espresso Giotto Evoluzione v2. The order was shipped on 18/5/2012 !!
I have been told that my order will ship on Fedex Express, but actualy La Gondola shipped my order via TNT !!
While I was tracking my shippment using TNT website I found the packaging of my order got damaged and TNT repackaged it again !!!
I think that's enough !!
Update on 30/5/2012
I contacted Lagondola to stop the shippment and refund the money. Carlos from Lagondola reacted promptely and contacted TNT to stop it.
I received today a message that the refund has been processed. this is realy great. I would like to thank Carlos for helping me.

We have been selling via web since 1997 ; unfortunately in some circumstances
the entire process of order fulfilment is longer than expected. Pls accept our

The luxury espresso machine you ordered has been shipped with a delay
of 5 days (you have been informed about the availability of this NEW model).
TNT is one of the major express couriers :in this case they are handling badly the shipment and the expected arrival in Saudi Arabia is really too long .
You are aware we reacted promptly to yr request to stop the delivery...
