Delivery 1 - Goods out for delivery: Website advised that we were not at home and a card was left. Total lies. We were at home the full time with no knock at the door and no card left. The supplier advised that Yodel have quite often used this excuse so the driver can put it back into the depot for re-delivery the next day. Call centre was totally unhelpful regarding a delivery. We waited in for 2 days without success. when asked for a number to speak directly to the depot making the delivery I was refused.
Second company delivery No.2: Website advised that we could expect a delivery until 9pm in the evening (Saturday).
We waited and waited and it did not arrive until Sunday afternoon.
Totally second rate service from a company that seems to think it is a market leader. Try reading the complaints on the internet about their lack of service.
Any company using them as a delivery partner is to be avoided at all costs unless you are not in a hurry and are open 24 hours to receive the goods.
We ordered 4 products and only one of them was delivered with no information on the other 3 items until we phoned them and asked.
It was Friday in the early afternoon and we constantly received messages to call back between 9 and 5pm Monday to Friday.
I mentioned this when I spoke to someone without even a hint of an apology or better still an explanation as to how this recorded message was activated. Absolutely hopeless.
After at least 3 calls we find that one outstanding item is discontinued (Finest Salmon Complete) and for some reason was holding up the balance of the order.
After speaking to the manufacturer we find that Pet Supermarket may have discontinued the product (which they could not confirm) but Fish4dogs had not and sent us a bag immediately.
When we received our order from Pet Supermarket they had suddenly found a delivery had been made of the discontinued line and sent us our original order anyway.
Now we have 2 bags of the particular food (Finest Salmon Complete), one from them and another from Fish4Dogs and not just one as we were wanting.
The information limited as it was from Pets Supermarket customer services just seemed to be lies. There is no other word for it. Typical call centre drivel.
If we can find a way to get the product competitively priced from other sources we will in future.
The only way to make them pay for poor service is not to use them again and give them a bad report to your other friends with dogs.
