Great site & service but faulty item

Love the site - no nonsense, female friendly website with loads of advice to help guide you through the myriad of toys. My order was dispatched the next day & arrived the day after. Unfortunately one item was faulty & is about to go back. It's also a shame the items themselves are still packaged to appeal to men & are reminscent of tacky, old men's porn-shops (naff plastic controls, pictures of half-naked women with 80's poodle perm etc).
