Basic on-line service

Having recently switched to a Co-Op bank account, I am very disappointed with the on-line banking side of things. It may well be I was spoiled by my previous provider but I find it very limited and badly thought out. If you prefer to do all your banking on-line, this may well not be the company for you. The information provided is very limited and in a very small font with only the last few transactions shown as opposed to all transactions.

One Stop Shopping

I have used Amazon twice during the last few months. It is not a website I visit a lot but have been able to purchase what I wanted and received excellent service and delivery.

My only gripe is the website itself. If you are a user of the 'other' online auction site you may find Amazon a bit disorganised to use. You would expect the product details to be with the product as opposed to lower down the page under 'Special Offers and Product Promotions' and 'Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought' sections. The pages seem fussy and over complicated.

John Lewis

Comprehensive but a bit expensive

This is a well known store and the website does not disappoint. If you like John Lewis and do not live near to a store then this is the ideal alternative especially if you are in the market for a gift for someone. Good layout and design and visually classy looking.

Delivery is good, and as far I know from relatives, returns are straight forward.

CheapSmells

Nice products, shame about the name.

If you can get past the name and decide to shop from here you wont be disappointed. The prices are good and delivery is as described.

Telegraph

Great Gardening shop

If you need to buy plants then there is a comprehensive choice on here. RHS plants and many others, delivery is prompt and plants arrive safe and secure. Well worth a look if you like gardening and/or unusual plants.

Quality goods from a trusted company

This is a natural progression for Boots who have always sold kitchen gadgets, pots pans etc in larger stores. The website is well laid out and visually clear and crisp. The goods on offer carry an ample description and if you need further info you can email them.

Habitat

Still trading under new group

Habitat are still trading under the Home Retail Group, so if you love Habitat style you can still order from their website.

I have had Habitat mugs for over 26 years and they are still going strong. If you like interior design and want a special piece or just like to stand out from the crowd then this is a must visit website.

Monsoon

Beautiful clothes, high quality

This website has all your Monsoon favourites and home delivery, returns etc. As well as clothing there is a homeware section and an accessory section. If you have a wedding or somewhere special to go the line of top end clothing is really beautiful. Items are generously discounted in sales too so you can really grab a bargain.

Tesco

Cheap but poor quality

having used several home delivery websites, Tesco does not excel in the market. The website is as cheap as the goods. Home delivery was a huge let down, many items were missing and where I had ordered 5 of a product I only received 1 replacement at a higher and charged price. The fruit and veg sell by dates was as little as 1 day left before out of date. Sadly disappointed.

Catalogue style website

If you are into clothes shopping this is a good website to visit. Nicely laid out and visually appealing. There are some great bargains to be had and if you are familiar with catalogue style websites then navigation is a cinch.

Price and quality

If you are looking for great prices yet good quality, you must give these guys a go. I have had clothes from here that have lasted 5 years, which is brilliant for something costing a few pound.

The website is an information portal as opposed to a shopping site, with previews, info, FAQ etc.

Great for all those gift ideas you didn't know existed, good range for both him and her. Lost a point as it is a bit expensive although the sales are well worth a look. Website layout is great and easy to use and very visually appealing.

This website is great, you don't have to be constricted to opticians choices of frames. The prices are brilliant and there is a style to suit everyone. Very good idea and concept.

This site is relatively easy to use but on the grocery side it is massive and ordering can take several hours by which time you have lost your delivery slot.

I have shopped from Amazon and find the website a bit frustrating to be honest, its lay out is not clear and is not as easy to use as its competitors website

This is a poorly designed cheap looking website. What is on offer is at good prices but choice is to a minimum.

Stylish and clean

As you would expect from Clinique this a very stylish and well laid out website, very professional and minimalist looking, easy to navigate and full of useful tips and help tools. good picture quality and the website in general makes you feel you have come to a place that oozes quality.

I visit this website often to brows the latest deals and technology. There is a good choice of gaming rigs and bundles. The website is professional looking and easy to navigate. Good for a window shopping visit as well as for ordering.

Nice looking but pricey

This is a nice looking website and has a great range of goods on offer. However this is not the cheapest place to be buying goods from. You do get a Game members card and can accumulate points on goods ordered but this is not enough to compensate for the higher prices.

Excellent web service

This a great website if you are in the ,market for a good phone deal. They carry all major UK service providers and you can choose from contract or PAYG. The best part is the free gifts on offer, no strings attached. I ordered from this website and received exactly what I wanted and a free PS3, fab. I also called them re the order and the customer service advisor was knowledgeable and gave me the relevant information I needed. I shall use them again next time my contract expires.

Good choice but a bit old fashioned.

This website covers all of Co Op services and is well written and updated regularly. It seems a little old fashioned though, but this is my personal opinion.

The best cat food around

Yes it's expensive, but trust me I have four cats and they are fed on Iams, when I tried a different brand the coats and general look of my cats was visibly poorer. If you shop around you can get it on special offer at various outlets. There is a great variety of flavours and the packaging is very well manufactured.The website is attractive and comprehensive and the customer service is of a very high standard. I have taken one star off this rating simply due to the price of this product.

The website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, the customer service and after care however leaves something to be desired. If you know what you want then this site is good for purpose but novices who may need after care help should probably not use this site for a major purchase.

A store we all know

Boots is such a well known store and we all know what they sell. The online experience is great and has exclusive offers to online customers. You can also choose to have your order delivered to your local high street store for no charge, two days average turnaround for this service, and if you include your mobile number on the order, they will text you to let you know your order has arrived.

Great products and prices.

This is an excellent website with a range of products from memory to games, great special offers and a nice looking website. If you need something electrical pc based, then don't forget to check this site out first.

Although this is not the biggest Team in the world it is by far the friendliest and most welcoming, no cruncher is too small and there is no preciousness about number of credits achieved. There is a fabulous user stats section updated daily and the Team will welcome all equally.

Poor quality

As a consumer I tried Tesco home delivery service and it was a disaster, poor quality goods, little or no best before date time, and terrible substitutions for out of stock goods.

Great service

If you have relatives abroad and you both own a pc then you should really consider using skype as you can call and talk for hours for free. Why pay for costly phone calls when you don't need to. Easy to download and set up and easy to use.

I shop at many online pet food stores and this site most often beats the prices of the better known sites. Good delivery and I have never had any problems with the ordering process. Check it out for some great bargains

Loads of surveys but most not relevant

Despite keeping profiles up to date this survey site will send you surveys that you just don't qualify for, ie you live in Wales and they send you a survey about London radio. Also your points get taken away if you don't spend them quick enough stopping you from saving them up for something big.

Medion

Great value and bargains

Medion have a great range of computer products and have some great deals of the day. I have not personally had any problems with delivery or ordering.
